Catherine Marian Gaynor

Catherine Marian Gaynor, 63, of Charleston, WV, passed away Wednesday, October 6, 2021, at CAMC, General Division.  She was a devoted mother of three children.

Catherine, known as “Cathy,” enjoyed spending time with her children, family, and friends.  She loved taking care of her beloved cats and bird. Cathy also liked the Pittsburg Steelers football team, watching soap operas and classic television shows. She was a faithful member of the Charleston Boulevard Seventh-day Adventist Church and will be dearly missed by her church family.

Cathy was preceded in death by her daughter, Alecia Riffe, stepfather, Julian Miller, mother, Pauline Riffe, and sister, Denise Carte.

Cathy is survived by her son, Harry Gaynor, daughter, Ann Clark (Jody), grandchildren, Anthony Clark, Andrew Davis, Sarah Clark, and Kaitlyn Clark, brothers, Charles Miller and Jett Wilcher, sisters, Sharon Miller, Ann Pritt, and Carolyn Abner, all of Charleston, WV, and Charlette Brown, of Ohio.

A memorial service will be Saturday, October 23 , 2021, 2:30 p.m., at the Charleston Boulevard Seventh-day Adventist Church, 622 Kanawha Blvd., W., Charleston, WV.
