Darin Phillip Moorman

Darin Phillip Moorman, 40, of Charleston, West Virginia, passed away Tuesday, October 10, 2023. He was born in Charleston on March 7, 1983, to Phillip Moorman and Pamela Valentine.

Darin attended Capital High School and West Virginia State University. He loved sports and was an avid baseball player. He also had a love for the game of golf. Darin was a person you could always depend on after he told you what he really thought of the request, but he faithfully carried it out.

In addition to his parents, Darin leaves to mourn his loss, son, DeAngelo Moorman (mother, Angela Paris), stepfather, John Valentine, siblings, Dondel Moorman, Drew Moorman (Ryan), and Dana Moorman, stepsiblings, John Valentine, Justin Valentine, and Jill Valentine, all of Charleston, WV, godparents, Rev. John and Rev. Brenda Freeman, Fairborn, OH, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
