Roy Alexander Brown, III

Roy Alexander Brown, III, 47, of Charleston, WV, went to be with the Lord, May 21, 2019, at CAMC, General Division.  He was born to Roy “June Bug” Brown and Betty Jo Mason Brown, July 30, 1971, in Charleston, WV.

Roy was the fourth child of four siblings and attended Charleston High School.  He received his GED while in college. 

Roy was preceded in death by his sister, Edna Renee Brown.

Roy is survived by daughters, Shanice (Robert) Bishop of Tennessee and Kyra L. Brown of Charleston, WV; son, Roy A. Brown, IV, of Charleston, WV, grandsons; Azairien J. Brown and Omari T. Bridges of Tennessee; mother, Betty Jo Mason Brown of Philadelphia, PA; special mother, Delores “Peaches” Hill of Charleston, WV, sister; Marie Mason Claytor of Greenville, SC, and brother; Mark (Kesha) Mason of Charleston, WV.

Pastor Marlon Collins is officiating the memorial service.
