William Howard "Bill" Brady

William Howard “Bill” Brady, 83, of Dunbar, West Virginia, passed away peacefully Friday, January 19, 2024, at Hubbard Hospice West at Thomas Memorial Hospital, South Charleston. He was the first of five children born to the late Ernest Edward and Mattie Brady in Charleston.

William attended public school in Charleston and was employed at Charleston General Hospital for several years before moving into construction work in Charleston. He operated Charleston Wrecker Towing Service for several years before returning to construction work.

In addition to his parents, William was preceded in death by his sons, William Gregory and Leon Curtis Brady, sisters, Lillian Ernestine Davis and Delores Jean Brady, and brothers, Gerald Leon, and Ernest Edward Brady, Jr.

William is survived by his sons, David Brady, Mabelton, GA, and Carlis Brady (Latanya), McDonough, GA, Brian Jenkins, Charleston, WV, Brandon Brady, and William Brady, Jr, both of Wheeling, WV, daughters, Tashana Jenkins, Charleston, WV, and Katrina Miles, Wheeling, WV, grandchildren, Natasha Barakat (Shariff), Potomac, MD, Desalle Jenkins, Charleston, WV, and Armani Miles, Wheeling, WV, great grandchildren, Jordan Barakat and Clayton Barakat, Potomac, MD, brother in law, Rev. Robert Davis, Institute, WV, niece, Stephanie Terry, Dunbar, WV, and nephew, Robert Davis, Jr., Chicago, IL.
